Welfare Considerations

Coral transport causes bleaching stress that may be lethal. The reef ecosystems from which these animals come are simultaneously threatened by climate change — removing animals from already-stressed reefs compounds their conservation harm.

Never purchase fish from wild-caught sources in the Philippines or Indonesia without verified non-cyanide certification
