The Animal Welfare Hub exists because accurate, evidence-based information is foundational to meaningful welfare improvement. The animals whose lives intersect with human decisions — farmed, wild, companion, research, and working animals — cannot advocate for themselves. They depend on informed humans who care about their wellbeing to make decisions, cast votes, donate resources, and change behaviors in ways that reduce suffering and increase flourishing. The evidence for what animals experience is now robust; the evidence for what interventions work is growing; and the moral case for taking animal welfare seriously has never been stronger. Each page on this site represents an opportunity to connect a person who cares with the knowledge they need to act effectively.
