What You Can Do

Switch from plastic to stainless steel or ceramic food and water bowls immediately
Clean feeding bowls daily to prevent bacterial biofilm accumulation
Clean affected chin area gently with dilute chlorhexidine solution as directed by a vet
Seek veterinary assessment for severe acne with swelling, discharge or pain
Avoid squeezing chin comedones as this can worsen inflammation and cause scarring
